Annual Community Harvest Party

Thanks to a collaborative effort by Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden’s Department of Parks & Recreation and Morning Star Community Christian Center, the Harvest Party was a huge success!

The Harvest Party was developed to create a safe alternative to children going door to door, where the entire family and children of all ages can come out to play games to win candy, participate in contests, win prizes (adults too) and have a great time!

This year’s event featured our usual games, but also included face painters, a caricature artist, multiple contests, refreshments, a DJ, and so much more.

We want to thank our local clergy, their members and local businesses for their kind donations of pizza, candy, candy and even more candy, as well as financial support.

Hope you had an opportunity to attend and we look forward to seeing everyone come out next year.
