- Who: For Linden senior residents.
- What: Senior yoga class. Beginners welcome. Help build strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and balance and lead movement through breath. Designed for mid-life and older adults who may benefit from a slower paced, gentle yoga flow. This class combines chair and floor yoga. Participants are encouraged to use props, modify poses, transition mindfully and explore an appropriate balance between ease and comfort. Breath work, singing bowls, relaxation and meditation are included to encourage stress reduction.
- Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
- When: Mondays, January 9 through March 27, 2023 from 10am until 11am. No class on January 16 or February 20.
