Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and the Department of Parks & Recreation are pleased to offer the Muscle Resetting Workshop hosted by Broadway Strong Fitness.

- Who: For older adults, ages 50 and up.
- What: The Muscle Resetting Workshop will teach participants how to eliminate body pains that may prevent older adults from exercising or moving around, using easy-to-find items. Please bring a personal mat. The workshop is hosted by Broadway Strong Fitness, with instructor Wali Broadway.
- When: Wednesdays, April 3 through April 24, from 10am until 11am.
- Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
