Building & Grounds

Buildings & Grounds is a division of the Department of Community Services, which maintains various buildings that are used to provide the residents and children of Linden programs and activities. These buildings include the Community Center Building, the John T. Gregorio Recreation Center, the Linden Multi-Purpose Center, the Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade, the 7th Ward Recreation Center, the 8th Ward Recreation Center, the Wilson Park Recreation Center and the Sunnyside Recreation Center at Werkmeister Park.

Linden has many parks open to the public, all of which are maintained by Buildings & Grounds. These parks are listed below by ward. * Represents undeveloped parks.
